About PHB

This all started in 2022. After the death of my triplet sister, from an overdose due to fentanyl. I wanted to honour my sisters memory with something bold. She, herself, was bold and full of energy from the day we were born. I’m proud to call her my sister in such a short part of life we had together for 25 years.

This is why I started Purple Hummingbird Co.  Alexandra, my sister, my third… never stopped going just like a hummingbird and of course purple being her favourite colour - was born the Purple Hummingbird Co.

My “wombmate” would be so proud of this today. I like to think of her as one of my angels.

My original sweater/shirt designs have been homemade pressed and designed to create a name in harm reduction and spreading awareness for Naloxone/Narcan first aid and how to spot overdose due to opiates.

Advocating for harm reduction forever and always to save others for those who we could not.

Advocating for treatment services, aiding people get there, and making a difference in our communities - we are the Purple Hummingbird Co Family - Bold for Those No Longer Here due to Addiction

*New Designs are being printed by third-party; Originals still being personally pressed*

Portion of Proceeds will be donated to Mental Health and Addiction Services in Honour of Alexandra Smith by Purple Hummingbird Co. This will be shared through social accounts, and we are currently in contact with services in Renfrew County to help with funding those going through and/or into addiction treatment. Supporting members of our community to better themselves and bring awareness that recovery is possible.

Thank you for your support💜✊🏻
